SHIPPING & RETURNS
Thank you for visiting And That's On Period! Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping policy.
Domestic Shipping: all orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekend or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Overnight delivery is only available for orders with delivery addresses within the continental United States, and even then delivery delays can occasionally occur. You will receive a Shipping Confirmation email once your order is shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24-48 hours.
Damages: And That's On Period is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to file claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing claim.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with you purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a combination of full refund, and/or exchange. Circumstances vary. All returns must be postmarked within 30 days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition.
To return an item, visit the "contact us" section and send an email. Please include the item(s) name and purchasing date as well as the name used to order the item. You will be provided a direct address to return the item(s) at that time.
