A meaningful and affirming celebration marking a girl’s first menstruation, symbolizing her transition into a new stage of growth, womanhood, and embodied wisdom. This ceremony honors her body, fosters self-love, and welcomes her into the lineage of menstruators with joy, respect, and support.
 
This will include: 
•    Crowning or Symbolic Gift: A crown, flower garland, bracelet, or talisman gifted to her as a symbol of her inner power and blossoming identity.
    •    Words of Wisdom: Elders or trusted women share stories, advice, or affirmations to welcome her into this phase with guidance and encouragement.
    •    Sacred Circle: A small gathering of close women/family to create a safe, celebratory space—this could include music, candles, poems, or blessings.
    •    Private Reflection: A journal or letter-writing ritual to help her process this moment personally.
    •    Celebratory Treat: A special meal, dessert, or outing to honor the milestone in a joyful way.
